The Spiritual Community

BELIEVE IN GOD?
(WE'RE NOT SURE EITHER)
“More dangerous than an unanswered question is an unquestioned answer.”
Throughout the world there remain scattered all kinds of people, ideas, visions, remembrances, things and places to whom and to which we can go to question, listen and resonate with.
SCEPTICAL, ENQUIRING, THOUGHTFUL
We have no prescribed texts or doctrine and draw inspiration from the views of all of our community. We are radically inclusive. Everyone of good-will is welcome, regardless of their life choices or beliefs.
STOP FIGHTING ABOUT WHO CREATED THE WORLD (START FIGHTING TO SAVE IT)
“The Earth is what we all have in common.” We believe in providing a space that inspires discussion of important issues with people of various backgrounds, views and opinions.
CONNECT SHARE WONDER
(AND EAT CAKE)
Where people sing, hear inspiring talks, and enjoy each other’s company. Life is short, brilliant, sometimes tough - we’re building an inclusive community for people of all faiths and none.
#FREETHOUGHT
We strive to provide a thoughtful, inspiring and welcoming space where people can enjoy each other’s company and discover more about life and community.

We seek to provide people with a modern, progressive, free-thinking, creative, free religion/spirituality that can help people who are committed to the widest possible well-being of a secular, scientifically literate and democratic society, to find compassionate and intelligent ways to engage with that society’s liberal Christian, radical Enlightenment, religious-naturalist and humanist heritage, as well as with other, non-Christian religious and philosophical traditions, which have contributed so much of worth and value to our modern, cosmopolitan culture. We seek to do this by offering people opportunities for personal, intellectual and spiritual growth within a supportive, conversational community that attempts always to be kindly, lively, open-minded and truthful. Here there is only one orthodoxy, namely, a love of truth that is a sincere desire to understand how the world is and our place in it.
